Perfect for young players discovering soccer for the first time. Optional Little STG League add-on available for structured small-sided play. High quality skills development without team commitment. Our Foundation program focuses on ball mastery & control, game-speed decision making, 1v1 dominance, and techniques not typically taught in team training environments. When registering, make sure the STG Foundation membership is selected. Price will be calculated at checkout.

Same high-quality training as Foundation at double the frequency for accelerated development. Ideal for players who want to fast-track their skills and get maximum time on the ball each week. When registering, make sure you have the STG Performance Membership selected, and two classes in the cart. Price will be calculated at checkout. Discount will be automatically applied when two class times are in the same cart.

The highest level of commitment within the club. Players are invited based on technical readiness, coachability, and long-term potential. Includes two team trainings per week, weekly coach-led structured pickup, specialty classes once a month, and league participation and referee fees. Tournaments and additional leagues available at extra cost.

Targeted sessions designed to isolate and accelerate specific skills often undertrained in traditional team environments. Examples include Shooting & Finishing, Ball Mastery & 1v1 Attacking, and Defending Principles. You must be an active STG Academy Team member to register.

No commitment required. Join a single session and experience STG training before deciding on a program. Walk-ins are welcome based on available space. Please check with staff for available sessions before arriving.
